How to Delete Your Account
Open the Pickup Buddi App
Launch the Pickup Buddi mobile application on your device
Go to Your Profile
Tap on your profile icon or name in the bottom navigation or top right corner
Access Account Settings
Scroll down and tap on Account Settings or Settings
Find Delete Account Option
Scroll to the bottom of the settings page and look for Delete Account
Confirm Deletion
Read the warning message carefully and confirm your decision to delete your account
Consider These Alternatives First
Pause Your Account
Temporarily suspend your account instead of deleting it permanently. You can reactivate anytime.
Contact Support
Our team can help resolve any issues you are experiencing with the service.
Update Preferences
Modify your notification settings or pickup preferences instead of leaving completely.
